Is your holiday let or boutique hotel in need of a restyle? Over time, self-catering accommodation and hotel rooms can start to feel dated and unloved. Tired rooms can lead to bad reviews, less bookings and reduced income. We can help revitalise your property into a consistently profitable and enviable short-term rental.
Not only will redesigning, adding character and styling your accommodation help with bookings, but a style refresh will significantly add value to your room’s or property’s nightly rate.
The return on investment when hiring an interior design professional to redecorate, style and stage your room is definitely worth it. In fact, you are also extremely likely to see your guest bookings average at over 80% per year and you could even go on to double your nightly rate.
Recent Design Project for an Airbnb Property by Our Interior Designer
Our interior designer is based in the heart of Sussex. Having worked in both the travel, styling and interior design sectors, she truly is an expert in creating and staging the perfect short-rental property. Whether it’s exclusively used as a holiday let or if you’re looking to attract high-end short-term renters.
Our Interior Design Consultation Process – Next Steps
At Huluki Sussex Stays, we offer interior design and staging services, exclusively to holiday lets and small hotels based in Sussex. Once your property has been redesigned, we can arrange a new and professional photoshoot to show off your stunning short-term rental.
Step 1 – Phone Consultation
Once enquiring, you will start discussions and have a design breakthrough call with our interior designer. This will give her an idea of what you’re looking for and when to arrange an official consultation or meeting at your holiday let property.
Step 2 – Meet Up
Once a date and time has been arranged, our interior designer will either meet with you within your holiday let or over a video call – whatever you prefer! Within this session you will be able to discuss ideas and our interior designer will be able to answer any burning questions you may have.
Step 3 – Bespoke Design package
Our interior designer will then send you a written report outlining the requirements and a suggestion of the services she can offer to suit your needs. Your design package will be tailored to your needs, budget and includes a personalised digital concept and mood board to inspire and give direction for your project.
Step 4 – Property Renovation
Once you’re happy with your concepts and quotation, we will agree on dates for your interior design refresh and get straight to work! Our interior designer will arrange renovations and will sort out all the important details, such as fabrics, bedding, flooring, decorations and any further design elements to make your short-term rental look stunning and luxurious.
Step 5 – Photography & Staging
Once the paint has dried and everything is in place, our interior designer will start staging your property for a professional photoshoot. Your brand new images can be used across social media and all of your booking platforms such as Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO and booking.com. If you choose our management services, we will also list your property on our website.
