Huluki Sussex Stays Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By joining the Huluki Sussex Stays Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility
To participate, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address. The program is open to individuals and businesses worldwide. - Referral Process
You will earn a 10% commission on the net booking fee for each successful referral that results in a confirmed booking. A “successful referral” is defined as a property owner who signs up and lists their property with Huluki Sussex Stays after being referred by you. - Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid monthly via bank transfer. Payments will be processed within 30 days of the end of each month. You must provide accurate bank account details for payment processing. - Commission Duration
Commissions are earned for one year from the date of the first successful booking made by your referral. After this period, no further commissions will be paid on that referral. - Referral Submission
Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form or email provided by Huluki Sussex Stays. Any other methods of referral will not be eligible for commission. - Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for promoting the Huluki Sussex Stays program through their own marketing efforts, including networking, social media, and email outreach. You must ensure that all promotional materials comply with local laws and regulations. - Prohibited Activities
You are not allowed to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices. Any attempt to manipulate the program or engage in unethical practices will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any earned commissions. - Termination
Huluki Sussex Stays reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will only be entitled to commissions for referrals made prior to termination. - Modification of Terms
Huluki Sussex Stays reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms. - Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By joining the affiliate program, you consent to the collection and use of your information for program-related purposes. - Liability
Huluki Sussex Stays is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the affiliate during the course of participating in the program. Affiliates participate at their own risk.
