What are your boutique hotel management fees?

Our hotel management fees are split into two options – one which includes full management (guest management, marketing and hotel asset management), the other is exclusively aimed at marketing your rooms. 

Our full management package is commission based at 20%, whilst our marketing package is a commission based rate of 12%.

Where are you based?

Our team is based throughout East and West Sussex. As we are local, this means we can send our Property Managers to your boutique hotel to troubleshoot any problems before they happen. It’s always best to have feet on the ground! We also use locally based cleaners for daily cleans, laundry and changeover management.

Do you offer onsite management services?

We can manage our team of cleaners to attend your boutique hotel everyday. Our Sussex-based Property Managers are also on call for safety and maintenance checks. 

If you need assistance, we offer a remote front desk service. We will send all check-in details to guests, and provide them with a secure pin to access their room key. We find this option works incredibly well, as communication is clear and concise with guests. Small hotel owners also find this a more cost-effective option in comparison to having a manned front desk for up to 16 hours a day.

What is the average occupancy rate for your managed hotels?

Our managed boutique hotels achieve an average occupancy rate of 80% and above. We will strive to achieve this for your hotel too!

How can I increase the occupancy rate at my hotel?

Increasing your occupancy rate comes down to a wide range of factors. For example, are you priced competitively? How are your rooms designed and staged? Do you have consistently good reviews? Are you advertising your rooms on all the relevant booking platforms?
