Sat above the wonderful Morley's Bistro there is one triple room, three double rooms and one twin room. Each room offers a comfortable bed, beautifully crisp white bed linen, plump pillows and en-suite. Complimentary tea, coffee, orange juice, water and porridge pots provided in each room. Light Breakfast is served in the popular restaurant Tuesday – Thursday with a full menu on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

nice clean and easy 😀 – easy and convenient 😞 – the people below went out and left the extractor fan on in the bathroom below, it was very noisy

Lovely clean Hotel, perfect location, free parking. 😀 – The Hotel is above the Bistro. it was quite though we stayed a Friday and Saturday night. The Room was a nice size and clean had a good shower. body wash and shampoo provided. Hair dryer and Iron. It is In a perfect location. free parking within walking distance. It’s on a main street with shops and pubs. and takeaways. but still quiet. we chose to go in to Brighton for the day so used the bus.. bus stop just outside. We where left alone to enjoy our stay. but had txts daily seeing if we where OK or needed anything.. Will definitely stay again. 😞 – N/A all OK

The staff were lovely but facilities could be improved and it wouldn’t cost too much to address this 😀 – Breakfast Very very poor as the Porridge is inedible, Coffee could be better brand as downstairs in the Bistro the Coffee is beautiful. Ive used boxes of Porridge before at Costa and they are delicious. I would prefer Bananas /Croissants /or bread and Marmite with a little butter for Breakfast. That could easily be prepared. 😞 – Bedside Table could have a Lamp and the Door is difficult to open into the bedroom as the latch is very near the wall. A much better light outside when one is putting inn the password as I have vision problems and felt a little vulnerable trying to punch in the password or bigger mounted wall digits with a light.

Everything was extremely precise ahead of our arrival and from our arrival onwards, everything was instantly likeable and felt familiar, easy to relax and feel at home.

Oct visit 😀 – Centre of village, close parking, ease of entry( coded entry provided before arrival). Kettle and coffee /tea plus orange juice , porridge and water provided, a nice touch. Room was right for us as we were visiting relatives nearby, and had everything we needed as we were out all day and evening. Did not use the brasserie because of this but the menu looked lovely. 😞 – Parking was in free public car park opposite down short passage. Permit still needed from bistro or newsagents so no problem. Only problem was we arrived just after 3.00pm when parents were picking up fom the school and car park was full. Otherwise easy to park.

Little Gem 😀 – The food,service, and atmosphere were fantastic. We knew the room was a small room and the owners are upgrading the decor. We would definitely return as we enjoyed our stay. 😞 – None
