Had a pleasant stay

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Not great
Positive: Good location, room was very clean.
Negative: The bed was completely slanted, potentially broken? The shower did not work properly it was either ice cold or boiling hot. I would like a refund

⭐☆☆☆☆
Positive: Convenient location
Negative: Access instructions were unclear resulting in me not being able to access the listing for a number of hours due to the contact phone number I called umpteen times not being answered… After a number of hours of me still unable to enter the property & continuously trying to call the assigned agent, I eventually received a response & apologies for the unacceptable lack of prompt response & was finally resolved

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Disappointing.
Positive: Great location and the restaurant was fab.
Negative: Bed was uncomfortable; overlooking high street with ill fitting single-glazed windows meant it was noisy; the radiator wasnt working; there was a collection of electrical appliances in the corner with no explanation - possibly a fan/heater/blower (not temp adjustable ), a possible electric panel heater -propped against wall, not plugged in, feet not attached, tangle of wires/cables hanging from a multi-plug stuck half way up the wall. In summary a potential h&s disaster! Shower was dreadful. Electric shower, set on high power was either scalding hot or freezing cold - with the slightest adjustment to the temp dial. On low power the temp was more constant but the pressure was feeble so impossible to wash hair and difficult to rinse off soap! Shall I continue??? The toilet didn’t flush properly and the wash basin was so small it was impossible not to splash water all over the floor.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Positive: Lovely village and location, easy access.
Negative: Could do with better lighting in room and a few corners been cut.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Everything was fine, the room quiet. well-ecorated, clean and warm and there were nice extras - orange juice and porridge oats and plenty of tea and coffee. However the en suite shower room was a tight fit for my husband who is 6'4" so we would check if there was a larger en suite another time.
