We stayed here for two nights and paid around £1,000, so we were expecting a high standard given it’s marketed as a luxu

Experience was good but could have been exceptional if we didn't have the 1st day problems
Positive: Stunning property, very well designed and equipped for large family groups. We took stunning photos of the bridal party having breakfast, getting ready and then posing in the beautiful garden. Master bedroom with bi-fold doors and view of countryside was exceptional. Dressing room was perfect for our daughter and her bridesmaids to do their hair and makeup. Loved the wide open spaces, loved the lounge area. Games room with the provided games was a great addition for families. Coffee machine took a little bit of figuring out but was well used and appreciated by the family. Lovely garden and barbecue facilities.
Negative: We were staying for our daughters wedding in Brighton and travelled with a toddler and a baby. We requested the baby package (cot and high chair) and paid for it. These were not provided which caused a major stress the day before the wedding. The support team apologised and said they could supply the next day. This was not suitable as we had to get the toddler to bed on Friday evening. Luckily a local friend was able to loan a travel cot. Also, we paid for an early checkin, but got a message to say the house was not ready in time and we would need to checkin later. Again - a additional stress on the day before the wedding. FInally, on the day of the wedding, the front door key broke in the lock meaning we could not get the babies to bed at a reasonable time. An additional stress. Couldn't figure out how to get the lights to work in the hot tub (do they actually work?) And the hot tub water was a little green.

5 star house with beautiful views in quiet neighbourhood
Positive: Amazing interior design, super comfortable beds and sofas, amazing outdoor facilities, well stocked on cleaning supplies and hygiene products in all bathrooms. We had a lovely spring weekend with family and friends. Towels readily available and laid out for every guest and a driveway big enough to fit 6 cars and then some. Loved this place - I couldn’t recommend it enough
