  1. Valuation Fee: The valuation is charged at £50 + VAT per property.
  2. Deduction from Set-Up Fee: If the owner chooses to proceed with Huluki Sussex Stays’ management services, the £50 + VAT valuation fee will be deducted from the agreed set-up fee.
  3. Eligibility: Valuations are available to owners of character or period residential properties located in Sussex.
  4. Scope of Valuation: The valuation includes a comprehensive earnings assessment based on location, property condition, demand levels, and comparable market data.
  5. Booking & Payment: The valuation must be booked in advance and payment is required prior to the appointment. Availability is subject to scheduling.
  6. Residential Use Only: This service applies to residential properties only.
  7. No Obligation: Booking a valuation does not oblige the owner to proceed with our management services.
  8. Right to Amend: We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this service at any time.
  9. Privacy & Data Protection: Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the valuation, in accordance with our privacy policy.
