The Oak Rooms, Hurstpierpoint, Sussex
Arrival 30 September – Departure 4 October
The Oak Rooms are a highly appointed converted property situated in the relatively quiet village of Hurstpierpoint, a short journey away from Brighton.
We were very pleasantly surprised by the high standard to which the property was appointed, and the levels of comfort that were provided.
The property has been thoughtfully designed and tastefully decorated and includes everything my wife and I needed during out 4 night stay. Although it is situated next to the pavement that runs alongside the main road running through the village, we weren’t unduly disturbed by traffic noise and being at the end of the village, very few pedestrians walked by.
The is on-road parking for about 3 cars opposite the property which we made use of on one occasion but preferred to park in the village car park – a 3 minute walk from the property. (Left out of the front door, turn left at the mini roundabout, first right and the car park is on your right – opposite the primary school.) Parking is free for 23 hours with return free after a few hours.
We certainly slept well and would certainly use this property or perhaps another in the same village managed by Huluki Stays.
