Positive: Location. Lovely bath towels. Great view. Easy self check in. Free car park.
Negative: Small room, tiny shower, adequate for 1 night. Only one threadbare hand towel for two. Only one teaspoon to share for teas and porridge pots. Road noise (room 4) and noise from adjacent rooms showers in the night and at 6.30 am.

Convenient last minute stay right on Hurstpierpoint high street so close to all local amenities. Comfortable, clean although being right on the high street end there is traffic noise.
