- For a referral to qualify and so you receive the £250, the new client referred by you must sign a full property management contract with Huluki and a guest booking must be made with the referred property. The referred property must not be the primary home of the property owner and the property’s sole purpose should be for short-term lettings.
- Referred properties must sign and agree to Huluki’s ‘Full Management Terms and Conditions’ to receive their offer.
- A referral property is only eligible if it is fully furnished and located within Sussex, England. Any further assessment of whether a property qualifies as eligible will be made by Huluki Sussex Stays.
- We may request additional documents and proof of identity to prove the validity of the referral.
- This specific referral reward will be paid out only once per referred property.
- The referred property can select one of the following when signing a contract with Huluki – receive their first guest booking free of charge (up to a maximum of £150) OR a free professional photoshoot (worth up to £150) free of charge.
